Can you prove me wrong? That’s just the hook; it’s not a challenge in the competitive sense, but a question for us to study together.  What is the only food substance that contains all the essential building blocks of life in nutrient- dense concentrations that include: all essential amino acids, a broad spectrum of powerful essential fatty acids including Omega 3s, CLAs, butyric acid and the highest concentrations of C:15 fatty acid, high quality sulphated polysaccharide fiber (that feeds the microbiome and generates a cascade of bio-active compounds), high concentrations of Vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as B vitamins including B12, iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, iodine, along with dozens of essential trace minerals?

As far as I know, our Original Umami Seaweed Ghee is the only food that meets these criteria.  This seaweed ghee wasn’t the result of a stroke of genius and careful formulation.  It is the natural synthesis of things that I love: gathering wild foods and wild seaweeds in particular, and the study of the wisdom of Ayurveda that gives us guidance to a healthy life in body, mind, and spirit.

Ghee holds an esteemed place in Ayurveda as a superior food, medicine, and offering. It is a concentrated form of the milk of cows that eat and alchemize the grass into milk.  The grass itself is a concentrated form of the force of Light.

Seaweeds have been eaten by coastal cultures around the world probably since the dawn of humanity, and traded far from the coastlines as well. They have an extremely beneficial effect on the digestive system, the microbiome, and the intestinal lining, generating a pharmacutical factory cascade within the gut, They are especially associated with Asian cultures, in particular with the low disease rates and longevity of the Japanese population.

Brown seaweeds have unique insoluble indigestible fiber that has been shown to directly affect intestinal microflora.  Brown seaweeds have no land equivalents in terms of their specific components of fiber (alginate), primary carotenoid (fuco- xanthin), sulfated polysaccharides (fucoidan and laminarin), and polyphenol defense compounds, each of which have shown strong anticarcinogenic properties.

Edible intertidal seaweeds that we harvest are animal-like, plant-like algae that descend directly from the most primordial and original forms of life on earth.  They are the ancestors of the descendants that crossed the liminal zone from ocean to land.  These seaweeds are the direct synthesis of Light, ocean, and primordial DNA.

In order for life to come into existence within the ocean, that life needed to develop a membrane, for exchange of nutrients and as a boundary to distinguish itself from everything else.

Both ghee and wild seaweed (we use wakame, nori, and kombu) are powerfully anti-inflammatory and rich in anti-oxidants. These actions are essential for protecting and nourishing our membranes: our skin and mucus membranes, respiratory membranes, our blood vessels, our gut lining, cellular and mitochondrial membranes.  We are really just a series of membranes, not only on the physical level but on the mental and spiritual levels as well, and our health is ultimately determined by how well cellular exchange and homeostasis is performing, and how well Light and nutrients are able to pass through those membranes.

Ghee and seaweed promote and strengthen Ojas, and Ojas is the totality of our physical, mental, and Spiritual health. Ojas is the health of our membranes including our aura. So enjoy this Original Umami Seaweed Ghee, vital concentrations of Light for Life.
