Light, bright, extremely versatile and ready in 15 minutes, this Rasa Dashi recipe is a rich, umami tea/broth that replaces your normal electrolyte drinks. The best part is nothing is wasted and you can easily use the hydrated seaweed to make a delicious and nutritious seaweed salad.
The drink that started it all! When my wife and I first met in Kauai, I gave her a jar of my homemade ghee to use. She said she would use it every night with her tea to unwind before bed. When she returned to her cafe in Brooklyn, I sent her a case of my unlabeled herbal ghees to use in her coffeeshop. She created this Rasayana drink using espresso, honey and steamed milk. Now you can enjoy the same drink at home!
