Rasayana Rose Latte
The drink that started it all!
When my wife and I first met in Kauai, I gave her a jar of my homemade ghee to use. She said she would use it every night with her tea to unwind before bed.
When she returned to her cafe in Brooklyn, I sent her a case of my unlabeled herbal ghees to use in her coffeeshop. She created this Rasayana drink using espresso, honey and steamed milk.
Now you can enjoy the same drink at home!
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
Ingredients

8 oz choice of milk

1/2-1 tsp Tonifying Formula Herbal Ghee

Optional sweetener: honey, maple or a homemade cardamom-rose simple syrup
Directions
- Gently heat all ingredients on a stovetop, whisking together to create a nice blended milk or use an electric hand-frother to obtain optimal milk froth.
- Be careful not to bring to a boil.
- Sprinkle with organic rose powder or organic dried rose petals (culinary grade)
